Easter is a Christian holiday that occurs in the spring every year. The holiday is observed on the first Sunday after the full moon that follows the spring equinox. This year, Easter falls on March 31.
Many small businesses will be closed for the holiday, or have reduced hours. Some large ones, too. Here’s a rundown of what stores will be open and closed for Easter.
Are Fred Meyer and QFC stores open on Easter?

Are Albertsons and Safeway open on Easter?

Is Winco open on Easter?
Winco stores are open, but hours may vary by location. The company’s 24-hour locations will remain open all hours. You can double-check local hours here.
Is New Seasons Market open on Easter?
All New Seasons locations will be open with regular hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Is Zupan’s Markets open on Easter?
All three Zupan’s Markets will be open with regular hours from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

H Mart’s store in Portland, at 3301 S.E. Belmont St. is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The store in Tigard, 13600 S.W. Pacific Highway, is open 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Is Fubonn Supermarket open on Easter?
Fubonn Supermarket, located at 2850 S.E. 82nd Ave., is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Is Hồng Phát open on Easter?
Hồng Phát Food Center, which is at 101 S.E. 82nd Ave., is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Northeast Portland market, located at 9819 N.E. Prescott St,. is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The store in Tigard, at 11655 SW Pacific Hwy, is also open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Is Market of Choice open on Easter?
Market of Choice locations will be open, but store hours vary by location.
Is Whole Foods open on Easter?
Whole Foods, which has eight stores in the Portland area, will have adjusted hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Is Trader Joe’s open on Easter?
