Portland police identified Wade A. Langford, 31, of Gresham as the man fatally shot in a parking lot in an industrial area of Southeast Portland Thursday night.
Officers responded to Southeast Salmon Street and Water Avenue to complete a welfare check shortly before 10 p.m. and found Langford dead, police said.
