When Carlo Lamagna opened Magna Kusina in August 2019, it wasn’t because he was ready. It was because he had to.

“I was flying by the seat of my pants, wanting to open my dream restaurant. Our contractor had dipped out. I was forced to open my doors with less thought to all of the moving components, and more, ‘We need to start making money now.’”
