Commuters who use the eastbound ramp from the Morrison Bridge to Southeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard will need to find a different route next week as crews work to repair guardrails that were damaged Tuesday by a rollover semi-truck crash.

The crash happened late Tuesday morning and closed the ramp for several hours while crews righted the truck.

The ramp will close to all users as crews repair the damaged guardrail. Work will start at 9 a.m. Monday, April 1 and will continue 9 a.m.-3 p.m. daily until the repairs are completed. Multnomah County expects this to last several days, according to a recent release.

The ramp will open each day during peak morning and evening commute hours. Plan ahead for alternative routes.
